Include product names, desired quantity, and subtotal (NJ Residents add 6% sales tax). Please add $7.95 for PRIORITY shipping in the USA, $9.95 shipping for international orders. RUSH orders are available for an additional $3.99. Send with payment to the below address.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment approval. Rush Orders shipped out the same day they are placed. We ship all orders via Super-Fast USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Rush orders are typically delivered in 1-3 business days, and Non rush orders in 2-5 business days. Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer during holiday seasons, with high mail volume.
